Kasia got into yoga through her own experience during pregnancy when she stepped through the door of Golden Bridge Yoga studio in Soho. Her life has never been the same since. Through her practice of prenatal yoga, she was able to connect to her body, her baby, and above all her intuition. She found calm and peace in her decisions about birth and felt truly empowered going into that experience. When her daughter was only 5 months old, while exclusively breastfeeding, she certified in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Khalsa Way®. Khalsa Way is a combination of Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Dancing for Birth, Hypnobirthing and many more. It’s an empowering, strengthening and relaxing form of yoga that can be truly transformational. She has been teaching it since 2013 both privately and in the yoga studios.
